Greetings my fellow Rovers.

Today was an eventful day for our guild, besides the defence of Orgrimmar and the assault on the Exodar. Our guild members, along with 2 random players were successful in Icecrown Citadel 10man, with a few wipes on precious, yes precious, we defeated the following bosses:

We challenged and defeated:
-Marrowgar
-Lady Deathwhisper
-Gunship (Muradin)
-Deathbringer Saurfang
-Festergut
-Rotface

and with practise we hope to clear out blood prince council too.

Thanks to all those who participated:
-Fungus (DPS)
-Vaash (Healer)
-Cyrax (DPS/Offtank)
-Foad (Main Tank)
-Tommynator (DPS)
-Wazza (DPS)
-Rufiana (DPS)
-Sylence (Healer/DPS)

Screenshots will be posted for everyone to view!

However, to all the other Road Rovers members out there, your help is also appreciated in these raids when you are available.

Below, I would like members to write down times and days when they believe they will be available for raiding, and I do realise that everyones timetable is changing constantly. This request is simply to help me further plan more raiding for us. Please post your times in form of Server time.

iLevel : A GearScore like addon. Uses average Item Level on player tooltips for players near inspect range. Original Mod by iScore. ( For Cata. ) I take NO CREDIT for the original mod.

( Cut and Paste from my addons post. )
-Does not contain any saved DBs or the like.
-Does not auto scan players.
-Requires ya to click the player before it scans. ( Avoids the summoning bug. )
Does not use back comm links. ( GS uses it to relay info, causes lag. )
-This is pretty much GS in a nutshell. Nice features overall.
+Check if players have all gear enchanted and ignores low lvls for this. ( Setting to change )
+Checks if ANY PvP gear is on.
+Enable or Disable In-Game link info from the addon.
+Nifty GUI.
+Counters for improper gear / PvP Gear.
+Some other small features.

Note: The largest reason I have uploaded ( And modded. ) this mod was I was tired of players asking for 4800 GS for Naxx. ( Lets see who can guess what item average Naxx is. ) With iLevel, You can use average Item Level and SHOULD hopefully make it easier and clearer what you need in terms of gear. ( Naxx = Average of iLvl 200 etc. Easier to see players geared based on their iLvl then a score. )

Enjoy.

Brothers and Sisters of Road Rovers.

The call has been sounded across Northrend.

All able bodied level 80 members of Road Rovers are hereby ordered to report to Naxxramas on 11th November, 12am Server time.

We, the strong and intelligent have been called to fight against the ravaging forces of Naxxramas, and strike down their leader, the powerful lich Kel'thuzad. He and his forces are holding out inside their fortified city in Dragonblight.

We are aiming to clear the Arachnid and Construct quarters and then move on to Kel'thuzads lair. Depending on raid members, we may do the Plague and Military quarters as well. Otherwise we can arrange for the rest of the bosses to be cleared out at another date.

We require:

> 2 Tanks
> 2 Healers + 1 Healer with DPS offspec
> 6 DPS

All those wishing to be enlisted in this raid, need only to write down their character name, class and role!

Destiny calls Road Rovers! It's time to put the dead back in the ground!

Any questions or info needed, feel free to PM me, or mail in game!

Questing - Zygor

One of my favorite questing addons has got to be Zygor. This little gem of an addon has one very awesome quality and that would be streamlining the quests you take and how you turn them in. A few people have asked me how I level so fast on my characters and this addon is the answer.

Installing is simple enough. Download the addon (attached to this thread), install in your addon directory (default is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\). If you start looking through your install of WoW and don't see an Interface or AddOns directory, just add those manually.

Now that you've put it in the right place, all that's left is going into your game and getting it running. Launch your client and when you get to the character select screen, look in the bottom left of the screen. You should see a red button called addons. Click that. Make sure that Zygor shows up (there should be two of them; one for questing and one for talents) and at the top of that window, make sure you place a check mark next to "show out of date addons".

Alright, go ahead and log in. You'll notice a slowdown the first time but this is normal. Zygor is trying to take a note of your character and completed quests so it can find where you are in questing. If you're starting a new character, it should only take a couple of seconds on most computers. Now, you should see the Zygor window show up on your screen. You can move it wherever you'd like so go ahead and do so. Alright, now it will take you a little getting used to the addon but don't be afraid to experiment. The worst you can really do is close the addon.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that before you start running with Zygor, that you clear your existing quest log of all quests. The reason for this is because Zygor isn't going to want you to take every quest you see. In fact, it will only recommend quests that result in the best turn in rate with the best questing efficiency. So, clear your log and let Zygor tell you which ones to take (right click on any quest in your quest log and choose abandon).

The only exception I would recommend would be to turn in quests you've already completed. No sense in wasting a quest you've already done the work for. All others should be deleted. Chances are Zygor may ask you to pick a few of them up in the future, but let it decide when that's appropriate.

You should see Zygor telling you the first quest objective to take which is most likely for your starting area. If you're starting a new character, you want to do exactly what it says. If you've already quested for awhile, you'll need to help Zygor catch up to you. The way to do this is to force it to run through the quest logs until it finds a spot relatively close to where you actually are. To do this, look on the left of the Zygor window. You should see an up and down button. Right click the down button. Zygor will now start running through all the quests it believes can be skipped to get closer to quests that will make a difference.

After a little bit, it'll settle on a quest that it believes is a good fit for your character but it most likely will be a quest that is a few levels below you. Do NOT panic and do NOT force it to run again. Zygor takes into account chain quests and it will look for those as well. Most likely, it's found a chain quest you can be involved in which will lead to a much better XP turn in rate in the long run. Usually, it's right.

One of the things I've seen a few players get hung up on is flight paths. The reason is usually because they simply didn't pay attention to the steps Zygor lays out. While questing around a given area, make sure you have the flight paths from new places you visit. Occasionally, you'll notice Zygor tell you to get a flight path from a place you've already got one and it'll sit there in red thinking it's needing to wait on you. All you have to do is click on the red line of text telling you to get the flight path. It should turn green and move on to the next step in the guide. Sometimes Zygor will do this with quest objectives as well. If you've completed an objective but Zygor doesn't notice, just click the objective you've completed. It'll move on to the next step in the guide for you.

Now, with DethPod having a few instant win quests here and there, it's going to confuse the addon as the retail server has all quests working. Occasionally you're going to see Zygor notify you in the chat window repeatedly about steps and lines not being accurate or missing, etc... Ignore these. Turn the quest in that's causing the problem and Zygor will happily move on to the next step.

There are plenty of fine grained choices you can make with Zygor and I will leave these to you to discover. As far as running the addon and whatnot, you should now have all the info you need to get it up and running.

Just introducing myself. I am fairly new to RR, but have been playing Dethpod for about a year and a half. My son is also in RR, Aktem. We have both been members of Blood and Thunder for a long time, and I just wasn't feeling the friendship any more so I left. I tried a few other guilds and felt the same way. I had been guildless for about 4 months when I joined RR.

Only one of my toons is in RR right now (maybe the rest will join later)

Hellkin - lvl 80 Orc Hunter, DPS, 450 mining, 445 Engineering
Hellspawn - lvl 80 Blood Elf DK, DPS or Tank, 450 herbalism. 440 inscription
Hellrasor - lvl 30, Undead Warlock, enchanting and tailoring
Tristone - lvl 33, Tauren Druid, skinning and leatherworking

If you ever need any help just let me know.
Maybe I will add more later...

Ok, so i'm a bit bored cause dethpod is down for the moment, so im going to write about myself lol

I live in New Zealand, ya know? the place with a green environment and no nuclear policies, were a big bunch of greenies! I like in auckland, and the only thing to really dislike about it is the weather, its always switching between raining and sunny, hot and cold and i'm sure some of you have seen me complaining about it in guild chat before. Been playing dethpod for about 3 years now.

I'm a student at university, studying culinary arts. I despise studying and assessments and once again, you will see me complain about this on guild chat.

oh dethpod is back online. so that is all for now.
if you have any questions, ask away and I'll answer them!

Road Rovers Guild Regulations

1. Behavior
- Being friendly to your fellow guild mates is fundamental. Please keep in mind that other players have different levels of learning ability and please try to show tolerance of them. Treat others the way you would expect to be treated, and behave in a positive manner as you represent your guild in your actions.

2. Forum membership is strongly encouraged for all guild members as the forum is a vital part of daily operations within RR. Please visit it at least once a week (daily is prefferable).

3. Power leveling isn't what we're here for, but if you can put together a group for an instance of a few group quests and want to bring a couple higher levels along, just ask. We may be busy, or we may not be.

4. Raiding regular instance runs, mainly heroics, are scheduled and to attend you must sign up using the raid signup sheets at this link. You may also request an instance run using the forum. Non-scheduled instances do not require sign ups.

5. If you are having problems with another guild member, please don't let it continue. Tell the guild master (Nesil/Furry) or one of the guild officers by sending a Private Message either ingame or on the forum. You will be listened to and a solution to the problem will be made.

6. Spamming and Caps Lock - We don't like spam. Nor do we like constant use of the Caps Lock key. Do not spam chat channels, especially guild and public channels.

7. Inactive members that have been offline for more than 13 days will be removed from the guild. You are more than welcome to re-join at any time. If you're going on an extended vacation or something, please let an officer know. We will not remove you.

8. The guild note box has its uses. This is what it looks like:

The top text box is where your profession information goes, or any other information you wish to put there. Please do not put "Guild Master" or something like that in there, you'll just be kicked out. If any other member is telling you they are guild master of Road Rovers and their names are not any of the above, please tell me about it.

The bottom text box is the officer's box. The date that is there is your join date; the date you joined the guild. If that date is followed by the letter X, it is your warning that the next unacceptable guild action you do will result in a guild kick.
Guild Chat

8. Don't be rude. We do not tolerate racist, sexist, or any other comments of the like. Keep them to yourself. Begging and whining should be kept to a minimum. We have a near ZERO tolerance policy about this stuff. So please, don't do it.

9. Watching your language, because are young players in the guild, some comments you might want to say are best kept in whisper. If we don't know or notice you online, we're sorry.

10. Spam is never a good idea. Neither are caps. They are very annoying and irritating and can also result in you being kicked.

11. Recruiting has been made so only officers can invite. If you have someone who wants to join the guild let an officer know!

12. Guild 2 Guild addon is also not permitted within Road Rovers. It has been decided that it has a bad influence on the guild and that it is a threat to the guild's integrity so if you will be found to use it and not disable it at the request of an officer you will be removed from the guild.
